We are a home and commercial inspection business based in the Sugar Land, TX area. We provide quality third-party structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing inspections for home or commercial properties at an affordable price.
We have been in business since 1988, and our office is open for business, seven days a week. We serve all of the Greater Houston and surrounding areas across Sugar Land, Pasadena, Pearland, Cypress, Missouri City City, Stafford, Richmond, West University, Bellaire, Jersey Village, Sienna, League City, Humble, Spring, Katy, Fulshear, Rosharon, Houston, Rosenberg and more.
We are a very mature business that always tries to find ways to grow and stay on the cutting edge of technology for our clients, right from inspection tools, to report writing, to being more user-friendly and fully automated from start to finish of each job.
We have recently launched a new website and are now able to schedule appointments directly through our website. Realtors will be able to view our appointment calendar and schedule inspection appointments for their clients by using our app. We also accept all major credit cards through online payments.

Our present owner, Jaycee Castro, has as much or more experience in the field of real estate inspection than probably more than ninety-five percent of our competitors. He has performed several thousand home inspections over the eighteen plus years as a full-time inspector.
